Bill Span
Bill is President of LeadProducers and manages it's
daily operation. He recently created a web-based system
to acquire, manage and
distribute mortgage leads that
is attracting worldwide attention.
As Director of Product Development with Gettuit.Net in
Kirkland, WA, Bill conceived and
produced an online directory of Mortgage Brokers and Real Estate
Agents that created and managed new business leads
and
exchanged referral leads.
Prior to relocating his business interests to Washington, Bill
founded a web development company
in Honolulu, Hawaii called NetroMedia that designed and hosted
websites for mortgage lenders.
From '92 thru '96 Bill played a key role in launching the
prepaid phone card industry.
Bill graduated in 1978 from the University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
Melanie Moore
A few years
ago, Melanie walked away from a high charged, high profit mortgage
banking career to join LeadProducers to help other mortgage
lenders get profitable using internet leads. It’s one thing for a
company to “say” they know what a client needs; it’s another thing
to relate first hand. Loaded with internet lead experience,
Melanie helps ensure LeadProducers provide their clients with
leads that convert to commissions.
“I believe a
single lead can change your life. Let me explain this, one day a
LeadProducers lead showed up in my email. I called the borrower
and found out he was already “talking” with a couple of banks, one
of which his father was on the board of directors. It would be a
challenge but I was able to engage this borrower and ultimately
concluded the transaction with him. That one particular
transaction yielded the single highest payout I ever received, it
was sizable! In addition, I refinanced another property he owned.
The relationship with this borrower is ongoing and has opened
other channels of business between us and it feels great. That
lead changed my life because I used all my sales and business
skills to win this borrower which deeply enriched my self
confidence and was pivotal in helping me move ahead setting more
sales records. This client lives less than 5 miles from me, but if
not for that single $19 lead, the biggest transaction of my
banking career would never have occurred and I would have missed
that life changing experience. I view our leads as a profit engine
for lenders, shouldn’t that be the goal of a lead company? “
Melanie
graduated with a Liberal Arts degree from the University of
Hawaii and has been in mortgage
banking since 1998. Melanie has been both employee and self
employed and has learned and applied many winning sales and
business strategies from both sectors to her career. She looks
forward to LeadProducers setting ever higher benchmarks in the
internet lead industry.
