Bill Span is President of LeadProducers,
LLC.
Bill recently created and coded a web-based system
to acquire, manage
and distribute mortgage leads that is attracting worldwide attention.
As Director of Product Development with Gettuit.Net in Kirkland, WA,
Bill conceived and produced
an online directory of Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents and Financial
service providers.
This online system created and managed new business leads and exchanged
referral leads.
Prior to relocating his business interests to Washington, Bill operated a
web development company
in Honolulu, Hawaii called NetroMedia that built and hosted websites
primarily in the mortgage industry.
In 1996 Bill co-founded FIRST Technologies, Inc. which was to
host sales organizations whose
members created web pages and communicated through branded email
accounts linked to
a corporate master site. This proprietary software was demonstrated an
enthusiastic Steve Ballmer in
early 1997. More than 4,000 salespeople created their own unique sites and
email accounts with this system.
From '92 thru '96 Bill played a key role in launching the prepaid
phone card industry.
Bill created the first accounts with a private-labeled phone card
in the U.S. and the established the first
fundraising accounts with an American telecard. His sales team exceeded
8,000 people and the group
sold more than 20 million dollars of phone cards that forever changed the
monopolistic pricing and
intra-state
regulations of long distance services.
Bill graduated in 1978 from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
The Business Background of
Mike Lacy
Mike Lacy is a principal of LeadProducers,
LLC, and is the owner of a financial consulting
company,
M.T. Lacy & Associates in Phoenix, Arizona, that advises companies in the financial services industry.
One of Mike’s major projects was as a consultant for three years
in the '90’s to a company that financed
the development of environmentally contaminated properties
in the United States. He developed the
marketing plans and provided models for the analysis of
projects that helped grow a startup company
to an industry leader.
Mike has extensive experience in residential real estate
finance. He served as President
of Olympus Holding Company, the successor
company to Bennett Leasing and Equipment
Company, which was one of the largest equipment leasing
companies in the Inter-Mountain states.
Mike was a senior loan officer for major real estate
lenders in the 1970’s and 1980’s, including
First National Bank of Arizona and Empire Savings and Loan. He also
served as Director of
Development and Construction Finance for Bellamah
Development Corporation, Albuquerque,
New Mexico, where he was responsible for setting up lines and letters of
credit with banks
